GASTROCURE is a complementary feed for horses that supports correct digestive function and maintains the gastric wall in physiological conditions.
A product indicated to protect the gastric mucosa from the negative effects of stress on horses. Its protective effect on the gastric mucosa is achieved through the maintenance of gastric pH by buffering substances, combined with the lining of the gastric mucosa by natural fibers rich in mucilage, which form a protective viscous gel. These properties allow Gastrocure to be used as an adjunct to standard drug therapies for EGUS (Equine Gastric Ulcer Syndrome), to provide continuous support for gastric integrity over time in cases of various types of stress, such as potentially gastric-damaging drug therapies (NSAIDs, corticosteroids, antibiotics, etc.), stable changes, feeding, and competitions. It can also be used as an aid for horses suffering from oral stereotypies (ticking) associated with hyperacidity.
