Most of the items on the site are available in stock.

If a specific product is unavailable, Equitime will contact the customer to inform them of any longer waiting times to obtain the desired item and/or will offer the customer one or more items that, in terms of quality/price ratio, are equivalent to those ordered.

EQUITIME BRAND

Equitime brand products are completely customized and made in our workshop upon customer order. Production times, from order confirmation, can vary from 5 to 15 business days.

For very large orders, production times may be longer, up to 25 business days. For more detailed information about your order, please contact us by email at info@equitime.it

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed online.

DELIVERY TIMES AND METHODS

Once payment is received, production of the ordered items will begin or any items already in stock will be shipped.

ITALY: 24 to 72 hours – Islands: 2 to 3 working days.

EUROPE AND OUTSIDE EUROPE: based on the courier chosen at the time of online order checkout

SHIPPING COST

ITALY: €9.50 - shipping is free for orders over €119.00.

EUROPE and OUTSIDE EUROPE: Shipping costs vary based on the volume of the package and will be calculated automatically at checkout.
For shipments outside the European Union, any customs costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipments are made only on weekdays, from Monday to Friday.

DELIVERY AND PROOF OF DELIVERY
Shipments are tracked and delivery is considered complete when the courier certifies completion by the recipient's signature and entry of the PIN code sent to the customer. This documentation constitutes proof of delivery, and if present, the delivery is considered properly executed: therefore, no refund will be issued for non-receipt. Any complaints regarding non-receipt must be reported within 7 days of the delivery date as per the tracking information. Following a complaint, no refund will be issued unless the customer provides concrete and documented proof of the delivery irregularity, such as, for example, a forged signature, interception of the PIN code, or delivery to a person or address other than those indicated on the order, verified based on tracking and in collaboration with the assigned courier, without prejudice to the customer's rights to seek legal remedies.

NB We are not responsible for any delays due to couriers.
