Yes. Joining the Equitime Elite Riders Club is completely free, but access is limited to a selected number of riders.
No, membership is not automatic. Once you submit the form, our team will review your application. You will receive a response via email within 10 working days after the registration period closes.
No. Retailers, partners, and commercial businesses are not eligible for the program.
If your application is approved, the Equitime Elite Card will be shipped directly to your address. You’ll receive it within approximately 10 working days from the approval date. By showing it at our “Endurance Truck” shop during events, you will permanently receive a 10% discount on Equitime Brand products. The card is personal and cannot be used by others. The discount cannot be combined with other ongoing promotions or offers.
No, the products must be returned at the end of the testing period.
Your feedback is essential to us: you might get the exclusive opportunity to try unique prototypes at home before they’re released to the market.
When new items are being developed, we conduct a random draw among all club members: the selected winner will receive the product to test comfortably at home, for a limited period.
It’s a special opportunity to preview what we’re working on and actively contribute to the technical development of our products.
Once your application is approved, you will be automatically added to the Club’s official WhatsApp channel. Communication is one-way: you will receive exclusive content, product previews, and member-only promotions directly from Equitime.
