Mineral complementary feed for horses
Endurance Electrolytes is the ideal complementary feed for providing electrolyte salts in the diet of endurance horses.
When to use it
Since horses have hypertonic sweat, meaning their sweat has a much higher salt concentration than their blood, very profuse sweating causes significant losses of sodium, potassium, chloride, magnesium, and calcium, which must therefore be replaced very quickly to prevent feelings of tiredness and muscle cramps.
Endurance Electrolytes is useful:
– In endurance horses to replenish lost salts
– In the summer months to provide electrolyte salts in the horse's diet
– During periods of intense effort to compensate for the salts lost through sweating
Instructions for use
Use 60 g of Endurance Electrolyte daily, mixed appropriately with your daily ration. For prolonged exercise and/or competitive activities, especially in hot weather, it is recommended to increase the dose to 90 g per day. During races, up to 150 g of Endurance Electrolyte can be used daily. Use Endurance Electrolyte 2-3 days before and on the day of the race.

(Given the specificity of each individual organism, it is always good practice to test new food products, gradually introducing them into the horse's diet to evaluate their tolerance).
