Competitive is the ideal complementary feed in syringe form for use in the pre-race phase of long competitions, such as endurance . Competitive is formulated with branched-chain amino acids, L-carnitine, L-lysine, and vitamin E, essential nutrients for horses engaged in athletic activities.

Properties of its elements

Branched-chain amino acids (valine, leucine and isoleucine) have a medium-long term energy action, which is indicated, for example, in long races such as endurance and eventing (3). In the energy production process, L-carnitine is responsible for transporting fatty acids into the mitochondria, thus speeding up their transformation. Carnitine, called glycogen loader, is widely used in competitive preparation protocols for horses, especially in the United States (16). Vitamin E, thanks to its antioxidant function, is useful in muscle blocks (6).

Instructions for use

Use the entire syringe of Competitive 3 hours before a competition and as often as needed during gates.
