Biotin Pro 3,000 is a horse feed supplement used to provide significant amounts of biotin, a key element for the growth of hooves, coat, and mane. Each kg of Biotin Pro 3,000 contains 3,000 mg of biotin.

When to use it

Biotin Plus 3,000 can be used:

– In horses with poor nail growth

– In horses with fragile and/or tender hooves

– In horses with poor hair growth

– In horses with sparse hair and mane

Properties of its elements

Biotin has long been known as an important vitamin for supporting hooves, hair and mane. Since it is synthesized by fungi, yeasts, algae and some bacteria (foods not present in the horse's diet) (46), it often happens that the amount of biotin self-produced by the horse's intestine is insufficient. Furthermore, cereals contain very low levels of available biotin, so current feed rations for performance horses often result in a deficiency (80).

Recommended period of use:

Use 30-50 g of Biotin Pro 3,000 daily, mixing well with the feed ration, for a period of up to 8 weeks.
