The Acavallo Gel Half pad is a partial compensator particularly suitable for horses with high withers or those that have lost muscle and mass in the upper part of the shoulder and below the withers. The Acavallo Classic Gel, the material it is made of, is highly shock-absorbing and anatomically designed to adapt to the saddle and the horse's back to relieve pressure. The gel's grip prevents even the slightest movement of the saddle in any direction. The Acavallo Gel Half pad has a depth in the center that prevents increased pressure on the horse's withers and a hollow cell structure that ensures that the main areas are compensated. In principle, this partial compensator can be placed over any pad, but the perfect combination is achieved when placed over an Acavallo Gel compensator. Acavallo Classic Gel is hypoallergenic, non-toxic, and does not react negatively to contact with the skin, characteristics that allow the compensator to be used directly in contact with it.
