It prevents the saddle from sliding backwards by means of chromed metal hooks that attach directly to the saddle cambers, the checkers and the girth .
Equipped with a martingale attachment that prevents the horse's head from moving upwards by acting directly on the mouthpiece by means of the reins passing through the ring at the end of the martingale attachment .
The reins must be used with olives because, otherwise, the running martingale can slip forward and get caught on the bit ring, blocking the horse's head and risking a fall.
Each strap or buckle is adjustable so the breastplate can be perfectly adapted to any type of horse.
